SHIPPING & RETURNS
All deliveries are handled by our shipping partners UPS and FedEx for the USA. All our shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage. An adult signature is required at delivery. As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an e-mail providing your tracking number and tracking link.
Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes.
If you wish us to ship outside of the USA territory, please contact us by email or telephone.
We have a 2-weeks return policy. If 2 weeks have gone by since your purchase/delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new, unused condition and with all tags still attached. It must also be in the original packaging.
Contact us by email or telephone and our Customer Service will guide you through the return process and advise you with any further questions you may have.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
After we have received your return you will receive a confirmation e-mail concerning your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
